Activity : GradeⅢ 200U/mg-solid or more
Stabilizers : Bovine serum albumin, borate.

Optimum pH : 5.5 – 6.5

Thermal stability : below 45℃ (pH 7.0, 30min)
Substrate specificity : This enzyme oxidizes ascorbic acid and several ascorbic derivatives.

L-Ascorbic acid + 1/2O2 —-> Dehydroascorbic acid + H2O This enzyme is used for enzymatic determination of ascorbic acid and for eliminating the interferences of ascorbic acid in clinical analysis.
